Orders placed November 1st through December 31st can be returned until January 31st 2025.
RETURNS UPDATE DURING THE CANADA POST STRIKE
Due to the ongoing Canada Post strike, we encourage you to return items at one of our store locations for quicker processing. If visiting a store isn’t an option, rest assured we’ll accept your return even if it arrives outside our standard 30-day return window as a result of shipping delays. Returns can also be processed without issue once Canada Post resumes regular operations. We appreciate your understanding and patience during this time. For assistance or questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out—we’re here to help make your return process as seamless as possible.
RETURNS
We accept returns of unworn merchandise within 30 days of delivery, with the original packaging / tags attached. Shipping charges are not refundable. Returns will be refunded to the original method of payment. All clearance items are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.
Please sign in to your account, under Order Detail & Tracking click ‘View Order’, then click ‘Return Request’ next to the item(s) you wish to send back and choose the reason for the return. After you hit next, you will then be able to print a return shipping label to use to ship the items back to us. You may give the package to a Canada Post office. There is a $6.95 plus tax per order return fee that covers restocking and postage back to the warehouse. Your return request must be made within 30 days of when your order was delivered, and we must receive the merchandise back at the warehouse within 15 days of when the authorization was issued. Returns by mail are only accepted for orders placed online.
You may request a return online by signing into your account, via phone 1-833-365-2324, by email INFO@DOLCEVITA.CA, or by live chat. Usual turnaround time is 1-2 weeks from time shipped to when refund is issued.
Do not send items back through other means or without obtaining a return authorization as your package may be sent back to you.

EXCHANGES
We do not do regular exchanges. Our reasoning is simple. Our products are in high demand and if you send back the item you want to exchange, there is no guarantee we will have what you want at that time. Therefore, we suggest you place a new order for the style color you want and then call customer service at 1-833-365-2324 to get return authorization and a prepaid Canada Post shipping label to send the original item back to us as a return. When you call Customer Service, please have your new order number handy so they can file the return as an exchange and a full refund will be issued once the merchandise is received back at our warehouse.
